本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、NodeNotesJP（以下「当方」といいます）が提供する iOS アプリ「AheadIsland」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）の利用条件を定めるものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本規約をご確認ください。本アプリをダウンロード・インストール・ご利用いただいた時点で、本規約に同意いただいたものとみなします。
本アプリは、iOS 標準カレンダーと連動して「次の予定に遅れない」ための行動開始タイマーを提供するアプリです。Live Activity および Dynamic Island を用いて、出発・準備のタイミングを通知します。
当方は、ユーザーに対し、本アプリを iOS デバイス上で個人的に利用する非独占的かつ譲渡不能の権利を許諾します。本アプリの著作権その他一切の知的財産権は当方または正当な権利者に帰属します。
本アプリは無料でダウンロードでき、基本機能を無料でご利用いただけます。
「AheadIsland Pro」（買い切り 980円・税込）をご購入いただくと、以下を含む追加機能が解放されます。

AheadIsland Pro は非消費型の App 内課金であり、一度の購入で永続的にご利用いただけます。自動更新サブスクリプションではないため、解約手続きは不要です。
将来の追加機能は、別売の「追加パック」として別途販売することがあります。AheadIsland Pro の購入はこれら追加パックを含みません。
機種変更や再インストール時には、本アプリ内の「購入を復元」ボタンから、同一の Apple ID で行った購入を復元できます。
App 内課金の払い戻しに関する手続きは、Apple のサポートポリシーに従います。当方は、Apple を通じた払い戻し処理について、独自に対応する立場にありません。払い戻しのご依頼は Apple 公式サポート（reportaproblem.apple.com）までお願いします。
本アプリの中核機能は、iOS の標準カレンダーへの読み取り権限を必要とします。権限を許可されない場合、本アプリの主要機能はご利用いただけません。権限は iOS の設定アプリからいつでも変更できます。
ユーザーは、本アプリの利用にあたって以下の行為を行ってはなりません。
法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルその他これらに準ずる行為
本アプリまたは関連サーバーの正常な運用を妨げる行為（過度なリクエスト、サーバーへの不正アクセス等）
本アプリを通じて取得した情報を、本規約の目的を超えて利用する行為
その他、当方が不適切と判断する行為
本アプリは、ユーザーの予定管理を補助するものであり、予定の遅延・欠席・その他の不利益について当方は責任を負いません
通知、Live Activity、Push 通知が予期したとおりに動作しない場合があります。これらは iOS の仕様、ネットワーク状況、デバイスの省電力設定などの影響を受けるため、確実な動作を保証するものではありません
本アプリの利用または利用できなかったことに起因する一切の損害について、当方は責任を負いません。ただし、当方の故意または重過失による場合はこの限りではありません
本アプリのサーバー機能は、保守・障害対応・仕様変更等により予告なく一時停止または終了することがあります
当方は、ユーザーへの事前通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更し、または提供を停止することができます。これによりユーザーに生じた損害について、当方は責任を負いません。
本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いは、別途定める「プライバシーポリシー」によります。
当方は、必要に応じて本規約を変更することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、本アプリ内または公開ページで通知します。変更後の本規約は、通知時点で効力を生じます。
本規約は日本法に準拠して解釈されるものとします。本アプリまたは本規約に関連して生じた紛争については、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) set forth the conditions for using the iOS app “AheadIsland” (“the App”) provided by NodeNotesJP (“we,” “us,” or “our”). Please review these Terms before using the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1. Overview of the App
The App provides an action-start timer designed to help users avoid being late for their next event by integrating with the standard iOS Calendar. It uses Live Activities and Dynamic Island to notify users of appropriate departure and preparation timing.
Article 2. License
We grant users a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the App personally on iOS devices. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to us or to the rightful owners.
Article 3. In-App Purchase
The App can be downloaded for free, and basic features are available free of charge.
By purchasing “AheadIsland Pro” as a one-time in-app purchase for JPY 980 including tax, users can unlock additional features, including:
Support for multiple calendars
Action-start rules by event type
Unlimited keyword exclusion and priority registration
Unlimited Live Activity extension
Theme customization
Adaptive lead time learning
Long-term action log storage
Dynamic Island background updates
AheadIsland Pro is a non-consumable in-app purchase and can be used permanently with a single purchase. It is not an auto-renewing subscription, so no cancellation procedure is required.
Future additional features may be sold separately as “Add-on Packs.” The purchase of AheadIsland Pro does not include these Add-on Packs.
Article 4. Restoring Purchases
When changing devices or reinstalling the App, users can restore purchases made with the same Apple ID by using the “Restore Purchases” button within the App.
Article 5. Refunds
Refund procedures for in-app purchases are governed by Apple’s support policies. We are not in a position to independently process refunds handled through Apple. Please submit refund requests to Apple’s official support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Article 6. Calendar Permission
The App’s core features require read access to the standard iOS Calendar. If this permission is not granted, the App’s main features cannot be used. Permissions can be changed at any time from the iOS Settings app.
Article 7. Prohibited Acts
Users must not engage in any of the following acts when using the App:
Acts that violate laws or regulations or public order and morals
Reverse engineering, decompiling, disassembling, or similar acts involving the App
Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the App or related servers, including excessive requests or unauthorized server access
Use of information obtained through the App beyond the purposes of these Terms
Any other acts that we deem inappropriate
Article 8. Disclaimer
The App is intended to assist users with schedule management, and we are not responsible for delays, absences, or any other disadvantages related to users’ schedules.
Notifications, Live Activities, and push notifications may not operate as expected. Because these features are affected by iOS specifications, network conditions, device power-saving settings, and other factors, we do not guarantee their reliable operation.
We are not responsible for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the App. However, this does not apply in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence.
The App’s server features may be temporarily suspended or discontinued without prior notice due to maintenance, issue response, specification changes, or other reasons.
Article 9. Changes to or Suspension of the App
We may change the content of the App or suspend its provision without prior notice to users. We are not responsible for any damages incurred by users as a result.
Article 10. Privacy
The handling of personal information in the App is governed by the separately established Privacy Policy.
Article 11. Changes to These Terms
We may change these Terms as necessary. If there are significant changes, we will notify users within the App or on a public page. The revised Terms will take effect at the time of notification.
Article 12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in connection with the App or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
